Had a very succuessful surgery on November 23rd.  The neurosurgeon was able to free up the nerve root by removing some bone without cutting the disc, so I'm recovering very well!  My back pain that I was having before is gone and the post-op pain is tolerable.  Thank you all for your thoughts and prayers.  NOW.......I leave in two days for the EMMYS!!!  So hoping to bring that beautiful statue home.  :)  I'll keep ya updated!
